if their story seems completely bonkers, almost like a feverish work of fiction, you ain't heard nothing yet.
Horst in Translation (filmreviews@web.de)
The Abominable Snowman is a character that has not been too prolific in animation film history. So I was curious about this little 43-minute movie here. And it does not only feature him, but also his 2 children, which makes obvious that he is not that abominable here, but actually the good guy. The voice cast includes some famous names such as Jane Lynch, Ray Liotta and Emilio Estevez plus 2 child actors from "Modern Family". I think this is a solid film in all areas, especially animation and story. There is no real greatness or emotion in here, but that's not a problem. It's probably a better watch for young audiences, but maybe the adults watching it with them can also enjoy it like I did. Overall, I recommend this during the holidays. It really made me hope we soon get some snow. Thumbs up.
