Absolutely the worst movie.

It's funny, it's tense, it features two great performances from two actors and the director expertly creates a web of odd tension where you actually don't know what is happening for the majority of the run time.

There's no way I can possibly love it entirely but I just think its ridiculously bad, but enjoyable at the same time.

All Hallows Eve 2 is strange bag of items mixed into one movie, which for me kind of falls short of what it could be.The main elephant in the room here is yes the clown is missing in this one, and sadly there is no big act at the end of the movie. It's also missing a slasher feel to this film. That's the problem with the film, the clown is foreshadowed and foreshadowed in the original and then it leads to the main act at the end. With this sequel it just a bunch of short stories and then ends abruptly. Apparently some of these are youtube videos? Which to me is fine, gives them a higher platform to be on. The short stories range for slow (VERY SLOW) burners to out right gory within the first 5 minutes. It does a good range of stories for everyone, but it sadly masters at none.Still a solid a watch, just don't expect a ridiculous yet awesome ending like the first one.

I enjoyed the first film in this series. It was a short, tight three story anthology filled with gore and fright, and were all connected together by the horrifying Art the clown, and each story had a beginning and an ending. The end of the first movie also ended unlike most modern horror films, in the fact that it reminded us that this is a HORROR film and that EVIL is supposed to win. Then they came out with this "sequel", which to me, is only one in name. Absent is Art the clown, replaced by a pumpkin headed entity who until the end of the movie, is just kind of there and rarely seen. In the first movie, there was actually a getting to know the three main characters watching the VHS tape. In this sequel, we really have no connection to the woman watching the tape. Like the pumpkin headed entity, she's also just kind of there This sequel is also MUCH longer than the first movie, and to me, seemed like it wanted to be an "ABC's Of Death" clone with numerous stories being told, each of varying length. Not many of them were able to keep my interest, although there were a few I did like. My favorite being a tale of a monster under a little boys bed All in all, I don't think this was a needed sequel. If it had stuck to its predecessors formula, it would have been much better

I didn't think the last movie was that great but it decent.I did not think it would have another sequel this quick.Unlike the last one, which only had 3 stories There's have a few and I found them far to short to enjoy But I did the Halloween theme to some of them. The first one was about mum and son, carving a pumpkin But the pumping is evil in w way More wearied then scary. OK opener but found it too kiddies Which was only about 5 mins max I don't if got order wrong but the next story I can remember is Trick r treaters I really liked that but again found to kiddies not scary however it was fun watchAnother story was about to guys going some where to feed something in the woods but we don't see anything I did not get that one at all.Another story Was about young kids going to a carnival and kill people in games , this is only really bloody story out the lot and about 3 min long Next story Was about boy who scared of the monster under the bed , this was longest Stories of the lot, yet I found dull and boring and very predicable The last one , I had already seen on you tube months ago And man who chatting to his girlfriend online and to get haunted by his ex dead girlfriend. Which was the only really decent creepy one.

Unlike the first film in the franchise, 'All Hallows Eve 2' gives us more bang for our buck.If you're going to limit your anthology film to just three short stories, you better make sure they're both entertaining and fun. Otherwise, you should take the approach most anthology films take, and that's throwing in as many short films as possible. Because eventually, someone is going to hit on something special, to make up for the several bad short films that infest this type of horror film. 'All Hallows Eve 2' does have a few fairly solid, entertaining short films. My personal favorite being 'Descent.' Solid little paranoia short about a woman trapped in an elevator with a possible serial killer. Most of the stories lack gore, and just about everything required to keep people entertained on Halloween. Luckily, each story just flies by, leaving you hoping for the next gem - You just aren't going to find it.Random Ramblings of a Madman: We shouldn't be seeing a third film in this franchise until next year, around Halloween, which is probably the best story of all.
