I was blown away but this movie. Not only is it beautifully shot, incredibly edited and has superb original soundtrack; it also raises some important and surprising questions about humanitarian aid that we don't normally think about. Questions such as what makes people volunteer (not necessarily altruism), what do the locals think about the aid (very surprising) and what is it like to come back home after those missions (not what you would expect). This movie is bloody fascinating and it has one of the most beautiful closing scenes I have ever seen. It may all sound quite heavy, but the truth of the matter is that this movie is also surprisingly funny. It has just the right balance between tough-to-watch footage to genuinely comic moments of simple truths. A must-see documentary!
