Softwing Most undeservingly overhyped movie of all time??
Comwayon A Disappointing Continuation
PiraBit if their story seems completely bonkers, almost like a feverish work of fiction, you ain't heard nothing yet.
Michelle Ridley The movie is wonderful and true, an act of love in all its contradictions and complexity
vmalast I should know better by now. A bunch of 10 star ratings all made the same day, is a major red flag of falseness!! Couldn't finish it. These false reviews will only hurt in the end. I'll make a point in not watching any films created by these people in the future
rageinblack So I decided to check out this movies since I like found footage horror movies and this was rated above 7, here on imdb at the time. The trailer was humble, nothing too revealing but it built up the hype and picked my interest. Then later I saw the movie. It was boring, it was nothin more than a longer episode of ghost hunter tv show stuff kind of thing, which I never watch. Cause they are too fake for me to take seriously. So in this movie basically nothing happens and it happens at slug piece. Then I undertood why therailer was so humble, there was literally nothing to show. The movie is ful of cheap excuses and background stuff we never get to see so we can only believe... or not? Honestly I don't believe to what was told to us in the movie, I have seen to many horror movies by now claiming to be a true story and whatnot, that revealed to be a hoax later that at this point I don't even care. So if a horror movie claims to be a true story, it's more of a minus for me than a plus basically. The times of the Blair Witch Project hype kind of movies are long gone and as I said building up the hype in such a way us just another lame excuse to make you want to see the movie. In the end what can I say, this movie is boring an it's also overrated like hell.
kimberlygraham-54883 This documentary by Zak Bagans, of Ghost Adventures fame, is an in depth look into the house, and demon portal within it, that he purchased in Indiana. If you are a fan of Zak's work then please check this out! You won't regret it. My heart goes out to all those who were affected negatively by that house and I'm glad that Zak demolished it in the end.
domhnulla-16728 Zak is dramatic...we know this, he's an Aries...its one of the things that makes us love him most.Me being psychically-inclined...I always worry about Zak's safety, and this film was no different. And proof is in the pudding...his eyesight is permanently damaged after his interactions with the house.I feel like the documentary was too short? Anyone else feel that way? And I also feel like the actual lock in, which is what we all were waiting for...it definitely had the GA vibe of all the "cool stuff happening" at the very end, which was about 5 minutes or so compared the the other 80+ minutes of interview footage, etc. But OH THAT FIVE MINUTES was intense and worth the wait.Ultimately tearing the house down was the absolute best decision, and hopefully he had holy people come and consecrate the empty lot afterwards so that the land itself is cleansed and free from any nasty energies that may have lingered.Bravo, Zak and everyone who made it all the way through working on the film...I feel like we really got to see more of Zak as a filmmaker and really spread his wings a bit without having to keep things more PG for TV, etc.My heart goes out to everyone negatively affected by the Demon House, I hope that they are recovered or on their way to peace.Well done.
