I really enjoyed this movie. It had all the elements of a classic scare/horror flick. Eerie noises, silent crescendos waiting for the SCARE. COrny? Maybe at times. But the movie did the trick, leading me down several avenues that ended in a good scare.But the ending sealed the deal for me. After all of it......................she gets dragged to hell anyways.

I just loved this movie Every time i see it.I wish they make part two as well. One of my best horror movie that I have watched with many surprises. The sound just send shivers to my body. Totally worth watching. Although sounds are creepy and loud but that what make a horror movie

Story-line = 10/10 Acting = 9/10 Horror fact = 9/10 Screenplay = 9.5/10 Extremely practical story-line which shows how a sin can cost someone. Just a curse and you might be up for hell! Liked the appearance of the fortune-teller and the boyfriend,Clay. The climax was way too unexpected but it's just served me the full essence of a horror film should do. Not some regular nonsense like exorcism or possession AT ALL. The film does show the real aspects of what a ghost can do to a victim. Alison Lohman was amazing in this film. Kudos to the director(s).
