Ok... Let's be honest. It cannot be the best movie but is quite enjoyable. The movie has the potential to develop a great plot for future movies

The storyline feels a little thin and moth-eaten in parts but this sequel is plenty of fun.

This is a a really good action-adventure comedy. I have watched this countless times. It's definitely a rewatcher, like the Incredibles, the Jurassic Parks or Jumanji. The disfunctionality of the group is good to watch. Very underrated.

Though this film is bad, it is quite entertaining, which sets it apart from all the other Fantastic Four movies. This movie makes no sense, and the movie doesn't care. The bridge scene is so funny and weird because most of everything that happens makes absolutely no sense. But I wouldn't quite recommend it as a good-bad movie as it can get very boring at points.

What is it about Marvel's first family that Fox just can't get right? Is it the optimism of the source material? Is it the far-fetched concepts that made the comic unique when it was first published? Or is it that Fantastic Four is SO integrated with the Marvel Universe in the comics that on their own, the team isn't nearly as interesting as it should be? I think the problem with these movies, is EXACTLY the latter one I cited! These characters are so uninteresting in this film that it makes you sad for the Fantastic Four to still be stuck at Fox, ever since the 80s (when Marvel had to sell their film rights off to save their asses from bankruptcy). And this film feels lonely, though it does have some sense of fun in it, precisely because the interactions between the team and supporting characters are weak compared to the cast of the much-wider Marvel Universe. I love the comics of the original Fantastic Four, but damn the film lacks the imagination and originality of its creative source material. It has the colours, but the content is lacking and derivative of other superhero movies. Spiderman worked well, and X-Men blew us away in 2000. So why couldn't Fantastic Four do the same? I don't know.Colourful but lacking in story, character development, and the direction is soapy beyond belief. But at least it's watchable: unlike Josh Trank's notorious 2015 reboot.

It's a nice movie I suppose. Seen through a younger viewers eyes this movie appears to be more awesome, and has good special effects for its time. Seen through an adults eyes this movie was just average, Jessica Alba however was not average, seeing her in tights makes this movie very watchable.... I do think movies like this are fine, not all superhero films have to be overly serious, well acted and violent. The audience for movies like Fantastic 4 are out there. The characters personalities stay true to the comic book and thats very important.I've seen this movie 3 times and I'm not a fan of seeing movies more than once usually.Fun silly movies will do this to me.
