Laikals The greatest movie ever made..!
GurlyIamBeach Instant Favorite.
Tedfoldol everything you have heard about this movie is true.
Casey Duggan It’s sentimental, ridiculously long and only occasionally funny
lachlanfontanini Way back in 1976 this inspiring bloke started planting trees in a dlsolet wast land. since then he has grow a 1400 acre forest. this is the kind of film that makes you wont to do good things. it must not have being esey to go on a bote every day to plant trees
knguyen-55433 This film "Forest Man" is a really good wake up call for the whole world to start to make a change. This film is a Documentary that tells a story of a Man that has been planting trees for years. The good thing i found about it was that it shows how much time and care to redeem the beautiful forests we had. Even though it is lovely I found it quiet boring. I suggest if you are a teacher it is a very good learning task for students and for more of a mature audience. Not that there is adult references(which there isn't), but because it isn't a type of entertainment that would actually 'entertain' a person who would rather watch action or horror films. If you like the sound of it then watch it, because this opinion is mine...yours could be different.
ryantempra Forrest Man is a inspiring documentary about an Indian local who planted an entire Forrest in an Indian barren waste land. Jadav Payeng Has been planting since 1976 and his Forrest is now larger than central park. This documentary details the importance of the environment and that our Earths natural resources will not be here forever so we have to protect them. I would highly recommend this film to all ages and genders.
Horst in Translation (filmreviews@web.de) "Forest Man" is a Canadian documentary short film from 2013, so this one will have its 5th anniversary next year. It is until now the most known work by relatively young writer and director William Douglas McMaster. I watched the version the filmmaker uploaded on Youtube that only runs for 16.5 minutes and not for 23 as it says here on IMDb. Anyway, this is the story of an Indian man who planted many trees in favor of the environment on his little island. That's basically the core of it all really. Nice nature recordings, a soothing soundtrack and a couple interviews are all there is to this one here. It's a nice little movie in terms of the environment and you could categorize it as a film about everyday heroes, a subject people love referring to in films. Sadly, the way this was made is perhaps not as outstanding as the person depicted in here and the consequence is a relatively mediocre outcome overall. But thanks to the noble cause I still give it a thumbs-up while adding that it is not as good as it could have been, even if admittedly that's also quite a challenge at this runtime especially.
