Although it has its amusing moments, in eneral the plot does not convince.

This is a must-see and one of the best documentaries - and films - of this year.

The movie's neither hopeful in contrived ways, nor hopeless in different contrived ways. Somehow it manages to be wonderful
Cheryl
A clunky actioner with a handful of cool moments.

"Wait, isn't that Silence and The Last Temptation of Christ?" Well, here's another passenger on the boat! I saw this in theaters an adored it. It was just one of the best Christian movies I had ever seen. Actually, it is as great as those 2 Martin Scorsese movies! Even people who don't care for religious films should appreciate it since it's a true story, not a cliche-like a infertile woman getting a child and being pregnant later. This is how Jesus can actually change a person's life. If you think it's too preachy-that is a stupid complaint, that's like saying a musical has too many songs! It's one of the finest Christian movies that has ever been produced.

This movie was incredible! I already love the band Mercy Me been to many of their concerts. Love them already but Bart showing the world his story, his past, his hurt, his pain and God's love through all of it was just amazing and beautiful. It just shows that whatever pain you have been through, God will make it work for good. If this movie doesn't tug at your heart nothing will! Forgiveness is something I have spent the last year working on, so this movie really sealed the progress that I have made with God's guidance. There are so many hurting people in this world. This movie has the possibility to be a life changer if people allow it. RENT IT!

J. Michael Finley is definitely a star in his first movie. The story and strong supporting actors create a perfect combination to tell the background and motivation of this famous hit song. Watch this movie with your family and be inspired!

Coming from a Christian who has heard this song many many times, I never understood why people thought it was an "amazing song". After watching this movie, this song makes sooo much more sense to me. I still can't really say I like the song, but every time I listen to the song I remember the amazing inspirational story behind it. To all the opposition in the form of 1 star reviews, please stop. All you are doing is showing that noncunstructive criticism makes perfection show bolder.
