Huievest Instead, you get a movie that's enjoyable enough, but leaves you feeling like it could have been much, much more.
SanEat A film with more than the usual spoiler issues. Talking about it in any detail feels akin to handing you a gift-wrapped present and saying, "I hope you like it -- It's a thriller about a diabolical secret experiment."
Yash Wade Close shines in drama with strong language, adult themes.
cmyklefty I watched this film at the Philadelphia Festival of World Cinema today. An Italian doctor, a British nurse and an Italian journalist made two visits to the area north of Kabul in Afghanistan during 1999 and 2000. They try to establish a hospital in the area where fighting going on in the country. There was one man injured who lost his leg during the fight, he still want to fight to defend his land. Then there are the littlest victims of all are children, they want the war to stop so that can go back to school. The film would made you think about in a different way. Something worth the trouble of watching.
