A movie that not only functions as a solid scarefest but a razor-sharp satire.

The film may be flawed, but its message is not.

I enjoyed watching this film and would recommend other to give it a try , (as I am) but this movie, although enjoyable to watch due to the better than average acting fails to add anything new to its storyline that is all too familiar to these types of movies.

In this film there are about a dozen different characters using computers, which is normal, given the topic. Fact is that all of them use Sony Vaio laptops. And there is not a single scene where the computer is present and the logo is absent.
Good business.

The topic is quite vivid. It is about people seeking love on the Internet. But there are too many lines which could make you confused. Some lines are lack of freshness and logic. The only story which attracts me is the doctor falls in love with his wife on the net.Too many nude scenes make me disgusting.I also don't like Sony laptop advertisement in the movie, which makes the movie monotonous. Beautiful indoor decoration which shows up everywhere in the movie may make you feel Bulgaria is a quite rich country. The whole movie is quite idealistic, stories are sure not going that way if put in real life.Anyway this is a highly rated movie. But you won't waste your time watching it if your requirements are not too high.Because you may have the same experience with some of the people in the movies since it is so close to our everyday life. But I just feel it could have been a better movie around the topic cyber love.It could have been as great as movie Crash.I can only rate it 6 and.It is quite a pity you have a good story but don't know how to tell.

When I watched Love.net for the first time I thought that it was quite a decent and fun to watch film. I think it has a rather interesting and modern plot. The idea is original and the main actors were fine, I think. The script itself is not very deep but then again this is not the type of films you would spend your whole day thoroughly analyzing. Also, some of the lines are very hard or impossible to translate into English so you can't get the real meaning, but I guess that goes for all Bulgarian films
As one review said, Love.net is direct, topical, without inhibitions.I would not call the film a masterpiece in any way but I absolutely don't agree with people claiming that it does not show the realistic way of life in Bulgaria. First of all, it's a movie for God's sake
It has an imaginary plot like most films do and the director may choose whatever environment he finds appropriate for his characters. I would perhaps agree with you people if it was a historical film or a film which aims to introduce a problem or in some way the severe life that some of the Bulgarians have to deal with. And actually people working as surgeons and journalists in Bulgaria, believe it or not, do afford to live in flats like those in the film
It's like watching an American movie where all the characters live in palaces and saying 'Well, that's not realistic because there are many poor people in America'. I really don't understand that
And the other thing I read in disbelief is about Bulgarians who like the movie because of patriotic motives. Are you kidding me?! I myself criticize almost every Bulgarian film that comes out and I would not say that I liked Love.net because of patriotism
And finally, another thing I read was about the prostitute and how absurd it looked that she lives in an apartment like that and that this is not how prostitutes look like. Well, actually there are some luxurious and very well-paid prostitutes who have regular customers that don't treat them like garbage. And as she said in the film-she has established bonds with regular clients who she calls 'friends'. I may be mistaken but somehow that seems very legitimate to me. As for the rating
please don't criticize that considering that films like 'The Avengers' have a rating of 8.3
Just, please.

First off - if some of the people here think that in any way they can express some patriotic statements and miss-leading ratings based on that in the global network, in a global site like IMDb - man, isn't that something not so clever..?Second - categorizing people by terms and behavior, in a movie review website is a sign that something is really wrong with the person doing it..Now, back to the review. To be honest - I've watched the movie long ago, and don't remember much concrete parts of it. But what's left is the most important - the feeling is alive. What comes to my mind when hearing about Love.net is "oh, I enjoyed it!". It doesn't matter if I'm a Bulgarian, Uzbek or Marsian, the fact is that I'll watch the movie again, not to return here and write a bunch of stuff to you, but because I have the feeling that I enjoyed the movie and I want to remember the details that made me feel this way. Love.net was, in my mind, the first truly modern Bulgarian Film Project. A movie, quite similar to US movies in ways of technical, aesthetic and visual appeal. One of the first Bulgarian movies, which is talking about something in the present and in the past. I gave the movie rate 7 out of 10, because I remember that somehow the subject incorporated in the screenplay was good, but not deep enough. All in all - nice one.
