This is one of the few movies I've ever seen where the whole audience broke into spontaneous, loud applause a third of the way in.

The biggest problem with this movie is it’s a little better than you think it might be, which somehow makes it worse. As in, it takes itself a bit too seriously, which makes most of the movie feel kind of dull.

It is an exhilarating, distressing, funny and profound film, with one of the more memorable film scores in years,

Tony (Simon Paul Sutton) and Steve (Ben'Doc Brown'Smith) deal drugs in England. They are underachievers who wants to be legitimate event managers. They use the drug trade to make contacts with people...people who wouldn't hire a drug dealer to be their event manager. Both Tony and Steve have girlfriend issues. Tony sees the drug trade as a dead end and wants out. After an incident Tony's world falls apart as he becomes indebted to the mob. The acting was acceptable, but the story lacked a decent hook. It was difficult to feel for Tony our main character who really didn't have much of a character at all. Nothing worth seeing.F-bombs, no sex or nudity.

Being a big fan of UK based films I was really looking forward to this,BIG mistake. The opening 30 minutes left me open mouthed at how this "film" had actually made it through any kind of screening,it was so bad I was embarrassed watching it and for the "actors".It's so slow paced and the dialogue between the two main characters is painful to watch, these two give wooden actors a bad name,as do their girlfriends. There's a scene where the four of them go out for a drink and it's just cringe worthy, the whole thing is just so terribly acted I had to watch just to actually believe what I was seeing. The storyline is a tired one of drug dealing gone wrong and having to get so much money by a certain time but it's just so poorly done and so atrociously acted you don't care for any of the characters. All I would say to anyone considering watching this is don't,you'll never get that time back.If you really want to get an idea of just HOW bad then watch the first 10 minutes, you'll know by then that it's a car crash unfolding in super slow motion.Surely this will be the end of the careers of the two main characters. We can only hope.
