Very Cool!!!
ChicDragon
It's a mild crowd pleaser for people who are exhausted by blockbusters.
Lidia Draper
Great example of an old-fashioned, pure-at-heart escapist event movie that doesn't pretend to be anything that it's not and has boat loads of fun being its own ludicrous self.

This is a coming of age storyline that you've seen in one form or another for decades. It takes a truly unique voice to make yet another one worth watching.

Although the reason behind the madness is not all that credible, the madness that ensues is compelling. This is a solid nail biter that will have you on the edge of your seat, thanks mainly to believable acting from Rachel Nichols (reminding me of Jodie Foster in Panic Room). The cat and mouse game became rather intense, and I so enjoyed the ending!

A-Z Horror Movie of the Day..."P2" (R - 2007 - US)Sub-Genre: Psycho/ThrillerMy Score: 6.3Cast=7 Acting=8 Plot=4 Ending=7 Story=5 Scare=6 Jump=5 F/X=6 Psycho=8 Intense=7A businesswoman is pursued by a psychopath after being locked in a parking garage on Christmas Eve. "How could you kill a poor, defenseless animal? Angela! You're really starting to pi$$ me off!" This was a pretty good psychopathic thriller...good stalker elements and solid acting by the leads. He doesn't have the contract of San Venganza, but Wes Bentley makes a solid bad guy. Since it happens on Christmas Eve, I guess you can call it a holiday horror movie. There's not much of a premise or story...just a simple thought that was well executed. Take the elevator down to P2 and give this a watch.

Very gory! Often cringe worthy. Would have enjoyed it more if she didn't seem like such a bag. Not a spoiler because you get that right off at the start. Still had me tense though. I actually thought the movie was going to be a kidnapping in a parkade then the woman taken to another location. I was prepared to be terrified of parkade a after but nope I'm okay. Although parkades still kind of freak me out. Lol

A businesswoman (Rachel Nichols) is pursued by a psychopath (Wes Bentley) after being locked in a parking garage on Christmas Eve.The film was directed by Franck Khalfoun, written and produced by Khalfoun, Alexandre Aja and Grégory Levasseur. The trio previously worked on "The Hills Have Eyes" (2006). Aja has said, "With a strong plot in the vein of High Tension, P2 gives us a chance to further explore the survival aspect of the terror movie." This really is a tense, suspenseful film. The film is almost disgustingly gory, especially with the office chair death. Horror fans will eat it up, even if it makes them squirm in their seats.Although reviews were mixed or negative, one man surprisingly came to its defense. Roger Ebert liked the film, giving it 3 out of 4 stars, and stated in his review that "although the plot may seem like a formulaic slasher film, P2 is in fact a very well made, atmospheric thriller with gritty yet realistic characters." Ebert is spot on, and coming from someone who is not generally kind to horror films, this praise is well-received.
