I have absolutely never seen anything like this movie before. You have to see this movie.

This is a must-see and one of the best documentaries - and films - of this year.
Invaderbank
The film creates a perfect balance between action and depth of basic needs, in the midst of an infertile atmosphere.

I cannot say whether or not this is a good video for people trying to learn about them, or if it has good sound quality or not, because when i watch it, i hear the songs very well, but I've heard others complain about it. It was incredibly funny. it's cool to know that a band this awesome can also have a fun time with each other, just hanging out, joking around, blowing up toilets, and the fact that it's filmed by the band with their own regular cameras gives a sort of home-movie feel to it, making you feel like these guys are your buddies. It has plenty of clips from shows, so people looking for live show footage will be pleased (again, it sounds fine to me, but I've heard others complain about the audio), those looking for behind the scenes footage with the band will be pleased, and people looking for a laugh will definitely love this. Jens is my favorite member due to this video, he is definitely one of the coolest people I've ever heard speak. He's just really funny and you can tell that his life isn't ruled by music, he also liked to have fun, and it shows. Not to say the other members aren't cool enough, they're all amazing, both as people and musicians. Fans of stratovarius will love this, and so will people who've never heard of them (hope it doesn't open the door for posers) and though i haven't even watched all the videos on the special features, it's cool to see their videos. This video has so much, you can be entertained for hours, if you've got a bunch of friends who like metal/stratovarius, and you got a long time to kill, pop it in. if you're all alone and wondering what to do, do the same. It is really hard for me to think anything negative about this video, it has nothing bad about it, and i hope that there will be another made sometime in the same style, but it's probably be more dramatic considering everything they've gone through, but it'd still be great.

When I first received my copy a few years ago, I almost wore this sucker out-LOL! I was so fascinated by not only the content, but by how well the documentary was made.I think this film shows the band members true personality as well as their talent. All 5 of these guys are funny as hell in addition to their musical skills. I have let(with much reservation)a few people borrow this film&they became fans of Stratovarius to different degrees after watching. These guys have paid their dues, and deserve the limelight after all the hard work they put in to create this fine music. They began their long journey about 1984 and now, at long last, the WHOLE world will recognize them for the talented musicians they truly are. This film showcases their talents in such a way that leaves you wanting more. After I saw this video, I added 2 more of their CDs to my collection. The band creates terrific videos with their songs as evidenced by Black Diamond, SOS&Hunting High&Low. And the clips of live concerts are very good.I recommend this film highly if you are a Power Metal fan, or just like good music. You will not be disappointed! Also, like I said, you will get plenty of laughs, too!

This video is so very funny. I laughed till I cried. Jens is so awesome, and Timo K. is just too hot for words. The fact that it is all home movies adds a certain something. It makes it all the more interesting. Give a drunken Finnish guy a camera and this is what you get. It all adds to the comic effect of the video. The videos of the shows were fairly decent (pretty darn good for a home video, I'd say). The music videos (extras on the DVD) are also really awesome. I really liked how the funny stuff was dispersed throughout the video and not all in one spot. It's almost as if the producers wanted you to have time in between the episodes of comedy in which to gather yourself in preparation for the next little comic tidbit. For example, if I had to watch Jens' antics for half an hour straight, I would probably die from all the laughter. All in all I would have to say that this is one of the best band documentaries I've seen and I would highly recommend it to everyone!

Well, this is what you can call "the ultimate band documentary", due to the fact that this is what the band members themselves have filmed on tour during the early years and until today. I don't think Jens Johansson said to himself "Hey, let's blow up a toilet or get drunk and terrorize the hotel corridors, just in case this will become a documentary!", or that Jörg Michael finished his drum kit in front of the cameras, just to make a good documentary. Unfortunately, the quality of the filming's is rather underwhelming, and sometimes the sound and the picture is so bad, you just can't tell what's happening, like during "Fright Night" or "4000 Rainy Nights". But the good things makes you don't see the bad things. Sometimes it's so good that it feels like you're really there!! Like during the mighty freedom song "Infinity". You're also given some extra bonus video clips, on the immortal classic "Black Diamond" for example. Really outstanding!I voted 10/10
