Excellent, a Must See

Too much about the plot just didn't add up, the writing was bad, some of the scenes were cringey and awkward,

Very interesting film. Was caught on the premise when seeing the trailer but unsure as to what the outcome would be for the showing. As it turns out, it was a very good film.

The movie is wonderful and true, an act of love in all its contradictions and complexity

"The Adventures of Mutilator, Hero of the Wasteland" was the first animation done by Eric Fogel, creator of shows like "The Head" and "Celebrity Deathmatch".The plot from this short animation seems like an homage to films like "Mad Max", "Cyborg" and other post-apocalyptic action films of the 80s. It also has a certain "Fist of the North Star" vibe at moments. While the plot and the animation are very simple (The character designs reminded a bit of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Mirage comics) the result is not without charm. The same could be said about the sequel, "Mutilator, Hero of the Wasteland, Episode II: Underworld"6/10

...just the way I like 'em. Five minutes of unusual animation. Some may find the cartoon offensive, and I hear them loud and clear. But this is clearly making fun of the slick, ultraviolent action movies of the 80s, with the Terminator as its main target. I prefer this one over that other "sick classic," Lupo the Butcher.
