Wonderful character development!

An action-packed slog
Sammy-Jo Cervantes
There are moments that feel comical, some horrific, and some downright inspiring but the tonal shifts hardly matter as the end results come to a film that's perfect for this time.

A clunky actioner with a handful of cool moments.

The movie is fantastic really, it's a classic that all kids movies should be based off of. Yes their are scary parts but that's what the movie wants! For kids to see that if you care enough that even the scariest things will just disappear. It's wants them to know that they are loved by someone real or fake, it wants them to forever remember Kim, Jason, Tenderheart, and all them so that they know that if you give up on making the world a loving place it becomes a dark eerie place. That and if a your mean to a boy he'll make you regret it. But it also tells kids to be nice to everyone, I mean look at Nicholas he wanted friends more than anything and that's why he was easily manipulated by the spirit because nobody was nice to him so his anger and rage built up inside him till he was offered a way to release it that hurt other and because he had no friends or anyone to tell him they cared and to tell him it was wrongly he did it. However he was also offered another peaceful way that there is always someone out there that cares about you and to talk to them and be someone people can talk to. And I for one am disgusted that there are adults out there that give this a bad review because "Its too scary"

I loved the first and second movies as a kid. I know people dislike the Care Bears, but while I can understand why, I do think some of the hate goes a little too far. Saying they're rather saccharine is understandable, to some extent they are, but calling them evil is stretching it. I still love this movie, if not as much as when I was 6 or so. The dialogue is cheesy, which was kind of what I was expecting but a lot compensates. The voice acting is terrific, especially from Mickey Rooney and Jackie Burroughs, and the characters while saccharine to some extent are likable such as adorable Grumpy Bear and the villain while not as scary as DarkHeart from the second movie is just as memorable. The animation is surprisingly good, colourful and fluid, and the songs, while none come to the Forever Young(the single best song of any of the Care Bears movies)standard, are sweet and catchy. The story is charming and has its heart in the right place, skipping along nicely with good messaging and a nice array of childhood innocence. All in all, I loved this movie and still do, it's far from the best movie I've seen, but it is sweet, charming and a breath of fresh air. 8.5/10 Bethany Cox

The Care Bears movie is basically about teaching children to be compassionate; to use their words to talk about their problems instead of keeping it inside. It encourages children to be empathetic and kind when it comes to other people, that good can often triumph over bad if people work together, and that there is always room for a miracle.Personally, I grew up watching pretty much only the Care Bears, and I think it helped me a great deal. I have no interest in violent video games, movies or shows. They simply don't appeal to me. I am also a sensitive person by nature, and I attribute that to watching the Care Bears as a child. Their lessons had a deep imprint on me.I definitely think this movie should be seen by all people at least once. I admit, compared to today's degree of shows, the movie fails, but once you actually get into watching it, you don't even notice it anymore. Someday, when I have children, they will definitely be watching this movie!

Ya see, when i was a kid, i sat down in front of the tv and care bears was what i would watch. I thought it taught kids a lot! Its a great movie for kids, obviously adults will think it is not as interesting as the kids and thats understandable. But when you like something as much as i liked it, it definitely becomez a classic in my heart! So if you want your children to enjoy a great movie, go get the care bears movie!
