I like movies that are aware of what they are selling... without [any] greater aspirations than to make people laugh and that's it.

Entertaining from beginning to end, it maintains the spirit of the franchise while establishing it's own seal with a fun cast

At first rather annoying in its heavy emphasis on reenactments, this movie ultimately proves fascinating, simply because the complicated, highly dramatic tale it tells still almost defies belief.

The movie is wonderful and true, an act of love in all its contradictions and complexity

This idea is rather interesting. EI OM ZEEP is, in English, "The Killing of an Egg" and is about a guy who is about to eat a soft-boiled egg. As he's cracking the egg, he can hear a voice coming from within--telling him to STOP! Every time he hits the egg, someone from within the egg yells at him. Then, the film abruptly switches to the man inside the egg. He must be tiny but has a nice little room inside there. It's all pretty weird but cute, but there really isn't much of a story beyond this. I really would have loved it if they took this clever idea and teased it out into something more--something using this as a general framework. Unfortunately, it's just a nice idea and not a lot more.
