In a matter of just 50 minutes, Fortey manages to entice you with the wonders of an edible (well, you have to know what you're eating) wonder on this planet. Many times we just think of mushrooms as serving no useful purpose but be a food source for animals and humans, growing from decaying trees. NOT. Watch and learn something new!
