SERIOUSLY. This is what the crap Hollywood still puts out?

How wonderful it is to see this fine actress carry a film and carry it so beautifully.

Through painfully honest and emotional moments, the movie becomes irresistibly relatable

The fate of the Jewish population of Greece during the Holocaust -- essentially decimated -- is still relatively unknown on a broad basis. This outstanding documentary focuses on one Greek city, Kastoria, whose story is compelling, and similar to others yet to be told from the region. It is as moving as it gets, with first person accounts from survivors as well as from their former Christian neighbors. Trezoros also reveals the compassion of non-Jews in Kastoria, alongside the horrors of what was witnessed and suffered. A must-see for an in-depth understanding of but one city's circumstances pre- and during World War II and the Holocaust.

God Bless you El Russo. Tears to our eyes listening to the stories of what they endured. My Popou at the end, God bless his soul. I strive to be one ounce of what they were.

A gorgeous film that tells the story of a little known Greek community before during and after WW2.
