Best movie of this year hands down!

Very interesting film. Was caught on the premise when seeing the trailer but unsure as to what the outcome would be for the showing. As it turns out, it was a very good film.

Through painfully honest and emotional moments, the movie becomes irresistibly relatable

I just can't figure out how some people can embrace this film. First of all, I wasn't demanding an epic love story (really, I wasn't expecting that from this film). When I added this to my watchlist, I already knew that would be a simple movie at all.But it isn't even that. I couldn't see actual personality in Emma - she is like a stone during the entire film: no sympathy, no love, no actual happiness; everything wrapped in only smiles and cynics looks. Tom Sturridge, on the other hand, does a great job grabbing the role, making Will a charming character and the one who makes the movie happen, move forward. This becomes more clear as the film goes on.Will's personality and the soundtrack, which is stunning and worth-listening, saved this film. If you ain't gonna watch this movie, at least give a listen on its soundtrack.I have nothing to say about the rest.

I LOVED LOVED LOVED this movie. The acting, plot , characters everything was just perfect. Tom makes Willie seem so real and lovable, Rachel is just perfect. I cried and cried and my heart was all warm inside because me and my fiancée met when we were kids and I moved away and so I could relate so much to this movie. I do not know why it was not promoted that much, I only found out about it accidentally. Modern Day Notebook and Titanic wrapped in one with a ribbon on it.Some people say love like this is only in the movies but I disagree, I think love like this does exist but what the movie does is expose it in its full glory. No one in the real world would admit to stalking their crush but that doesn't mean people do not do it. The fight in the bath between Emma's parents made me breakdown. 11/10.

i would have never seen this movie because of its ratings here. but the lead actress has the face very similar to girl i liked secretly for last 19 months. i searched for Rachael Bronson movies after i saw her in jumper. and waiting for forever seemed perfect.it really moved me in spite of having similar character as me having his own reasons for the similar situation he had in movie as me. maybe because its the magical touch of the director to the character that he is so likable even if haven't really achieved anything in (traditional sense) in life to tell others. its similar to the our idiot brother feel but in most romantic way so more likable.even people in the small roles are likable. i am keeping this movie in my hard drive forever for you know what occasion ;)watch it with you loved once and don't miss it if you have an awesome love story of your own with your partner.

This movie stereotypes the mentally ill. It may be somewhat realistic, but why mirror life as it is? We already know the reality of the mentally ill. Why exploit them in a film? Have some compassionate and help them, don't use the mentally ill as a reason to write a screenplay or even use their disadvantaged life to portray in drama. Art should be uplifting. Like ROCKY, how many people do you think left the theatre shadow-boxing and humming the theme of ROCKY after the movie.Really "artists" you exploit the mentally ill in the name of making a movie? I haven't seen the whole movie, but when it got to the point where the poor guy was suspected of murder, I turned off the movie. I hope the movie ended on a positive note. Please don't make movies about the mentally ill that promotes the negative stereo-type, the television broadcast news does a good job at that already. Remember those with mental illness, woman or man, are someones father, mother, brother, sister, uncle, aunt, etc.Make a positive movie like A BEAUTIFUL MIND (Russell Crowe) and you might win an Oscar!
