A musical comedy where a Parisian dachshund, who is also a world-famous painter, meets his match with a chihuahua who bursts into his shop and won't stop shaking. This creates a problem as his portrait keeps coming out as blurry. Only a local band of 3 minstrels can help the chihuahua explain that there's more to his shake than meets the eye.
