Jayden-Lee Thomson One of the film's great tricks is that, for a time, you think it will go down a rabbit hole of unrealistic glorification.
amanwhorocks 1. 6 tag Elimination Table Match:Buh-Buh ray Dudley/Spike Dudley/Jeff Hardy Vs. 3minutes of bad wrestling - Oh God, I forgot how TERRIBLE that 3 minute warning were. Rosie even cannot catch Jeef, what he should at one time. Awful. But Spike and Jeff highed that match up. D-Von arrived at the end and help Babba won. 7/10 - only for Jeff's sommersaults.2. Cruiserweight title Championship: Champ-Jamie Knoble Vs. Billy Kidman - Now that was really something, Perfect moves, awesome wrestlers, never forget that DDT from Turnbuckle by Knoble or Inside bomb by Billy Kidman from turnbuckle as Well. I'm not afraid and give a 10/10 - New champ!3. Women's title Championship Hardcore Match: Champ-Trish Stratus Vs. Victoria - For women - they put some solid effort and took it really hardcore! Victoria bleed. 8/104. WWE Heavyweight title Championship:Champ-Brock Lesnar Vs. Big Show - Short match with Heyman's screw on Lesnar. Brock 3 times slammed Big Show in a great way. So new champ is here. 7.5/105. Triple Threat elimination Tag Team WWE Championship: Champs:Rey Mysterio/Edge Vs. Eddie Guerrero/Chavo Guerrero Vs. Chris Benoit/Kurt Angle - Great match. After Benoit and Angle where eliminated it quite lost breath, but again new champs - Eddie and Chavo and it still has breathtaking moments. 9.5/10Scott Steiner debuted.6. Chamber Elimination World Heavyweight Title Match: Shawn Michaels Vs. Chris Jericho Vs. Kane Vs. Booker T. Vs. RVD Vs. Champ-HHH - Pretty obvious all the time that Shawn will won. 7/10
Terryfan The Survivor Series has been known for moments you would never seen coming. And this Survivor Series has everything you would want as a wrestling fan. This is one of the best Survivor Series Events every match is worth watching. While it does lack the Survivor Series Elimination Matches it makes up for it for all the matches feature also Saliva performs their song "Always" which was the theme song for Survivor Series 2002 from Madison Square Garden in New York City Now let's get onto the review 1. The Dudley Boyz (Bubba Ray and Spike Dudley) and Jeff Hardy vs 3- Minute Warning (Rosey and Jamal) and Rico Six-man elimination tables match. The fans were still getting inside the arena as the match started. And this was a great way to start the Survivor Series and also show what was in store for that night also we see the return of D- Von. All the spots in this match were awesome this match was a very good opening match.Rating: 8 out of 102.Billy Kidman vs Jamie Noble with Nidia for the WWE Cruiserweight Championship. Now the Cruiserweight division at this time was red hot rarely were you not given your money's worth but this match worth your time both men gave us a very good match to watch.Rating: 8 out of 103.Victoria Vs Trish Stratus Hardcore match for the WWE Women's Championship. This remains one of my favorite women wrestling match both Trish and Victoria just beat the heck out of each other with the weapons they used and the fans respected them for their battle. Both women did really well together and prove that hardcore matches can also be for the women.Rating: 9 out of 104.The Big Show vs Brock Lesnar with Paul Heyman for the WWE Championship Now the build up for this match was smart and it gave Brock a chance to prove the doubters wrong in this match he did everything they say he could do. While this match started off slow the climax of the match was shocker city and you wouldn't have never thought it would happen.Rating: 8 out of 105.Los Guerreros (Eddie and Chavo Guerrero) vs Kurt Angle and Chris Benoit vs Edge and Rey Mysterio Three-way elimination match for the WWE Tag Team ChampionshipThis match feature many great spots and it contain some of the best wrestlers to ever enter the ring so this match is really worth your time it is just gold.Rating: 9 out of 10 6.Shawn Michaels vs Triple H (with Ric Flair) vs Rob Van Dam vs Booker T vs Kane vs Chris Jericho Elimination Chamber match for the World Heavyweight ChampionshipIt's always a gamble when you debut a new gimmick match but this match is really worth all the hype and all the build up that went into it. This match combine of Hell IN a Cell with War games. This match feature extreme and excellent spots through out the whole match. All six men gave it all they had to survive in this match there are a lot of great spots along with RVD doing the five star frog splash onto Triple H from one of the cages and Shawn Michaels second match since his return and it prove that he still had what made him the showstopper the head liner the main event Rating: 10 out of 10This is one of the rarest times in a wrestling show on Pay Per View when all the wrestling matches is worth watching together because this was a excellent Survivor SeriesI give WWE Survivor Series 2002 an 9 out of 10
wrestlingsitewebmaster An excellent PPV.ALL of the matches were brilliant.Match 1 saw Jeff Hardy and Bubba and Spike Dudley taking on 3 Minute Warning and Rico in a tables match. This was a very good contest. At the end D-Von Dudley runs to the ring and reunites with Bubba. The crowd go wild for his return. (He was saddled with a worthless Reverend gimmick on Smackdown!previously)Then Jamie Noble puts his Cruiserweight Championship on the line, as he defends the title against Billy Kimdan in a cracking contest. If only McMahon could get his 'WWE is a big mans promotion idea' out of his head! Then Trish Stratus puts her Women's title on the line against Victoria in a very good hardcore match. Victoria wins. Next up Brock Lesnar defends his WWE Championship against Big Show in a hard hitting battle. The Big Show wins when Paul Heyman screws Brock out of the title. Then Edge and Rey Mysterio put their WWE tag team gold on the line as they take on Los Guerrero's and Kurt Angle and Chris Benoit in a fantastic battle. Los Guerrero's win. Next up Chris Nowinski and Matt Hardy talk about New Yorkers being losers and being stupid. Then the emergency sirens echo throughout the arena. Scott Steiner makes his debut! The Madison Square Garden fans go NUTS for Steiner. Steiner then destroys these two. Then 6 superstars put their careers on the line in a first Elimination Chamber match. Kane, RVD, Booker T, HBK, Y2J and Triple H all make history. HBK wins when he Seet Chin Music's HHH. The fans go NUTS for HBK's win.The only real disappointment is that no traditional 8 man tags were on the card, but what this show lacked, it made up in the matches.Tables Match - 9/10 Kidman vs Noble - 9/10 Women's match - 9/10 Lesnar vs Show - 9/10 Triple Threat Tag match - 10/10 Elimination Chamber match - 10/10
Gary Ballance Fantastic stuff from this year's Survivor Series. Absolutely excellent- this is setting the bar for what all their PPVs should be like. Here are the matches on the card:MATCH 1- Bubba, Spike & Jeff Hardy vs Rico & 3 Minute Warning--TABLES MATCH. Pretty good table match, which thankfully ditches the tag format and goes for mayhem. Good choice. Spike's the first eliminated getting a double flapjack, of sorts, through a table. Rosey goes next after Jeff hits a Swanton bomb off the balcony. Jeff is splashed through a table by Jamal to be elimnated, but Jamal falls victim to a second-rope powerbomb through a table by Bubba. Down to Bubba & Rico, and D-Von makes the save for Bubba, helping him 3D Rico to win. OK. Fairly decent match- watch out for a major flub, as Rico is waiting AGES on the top rope prepping a moonsault for Jeff to push him off and yells "C'MON JEFF, GODDAMMIT!!" (7.5)MATCH 2- Billy Kidman vs Jamie Noble--CRUISERWEIGHT TITLE MATCH. Brilliant action here. Some great moves by both men- Noble's falcon arrow, suicide dive and vicious DDT from the turnbuckle, plus Kidman's fireman's carry neckbreaker, a back suplex swung into a facebuster, a top rope facebuster and the shooting star press, which picks up the win for Kidman, and the Cruiserweight title. Really enjoyable match. (9)MATCH 3- Victoria vs Trish Stratus--WOMEN'S TITLE, HARDCORE RULES. Decent stuff here- good use of the broom in the opening moments. Victoria's 'mirror, mirror' promo backstage was quite funny- what a psycho! Anyway, Victoria wins w/ a snap suplex (??) to win the Women' s title. Much better than their No Mercy match. (7)MATCH 4- Big Show vs Brock Lesnar--WWE UNDISPUTED TITLE MATCHThis match is only about 4 and a half minutes long (due to Lesnar's broken rib) which is a good thing if you ask me. Amazing power by Lesnar as he hits three suplexes on Big Show (back, german and belly to belly) and a brilliant F-5. Incredible. Heyman turns on Lesnar, though, allowing Show to win w/ a chokeslam on a chair. The last time Big Show was champion it was an utter failure (Bossman was #1 contender!!) I hope they know what they're doing. Good match, anyhow- its brevity works in its favour. (8)MATCH 5- Los Guerreros vs Edge & Mysterio vs Angle & Benoit--3 WAY TAG FOR THE WWE TAG BELTS. Some great action here as usual. Particularly memorable here is the crossface/anklelock double sumission on Edge and a brilliant double pin attempt where Eddy Guerrero sunset flips Benoit, who german suplexes Edge simultaneously. Edge spears Benoit to eliminate his team, after a great misunderstanding between Angle & Benoit. Guerreros make it the 3rd title to change hands as Eddy makes Mysterio tap out to his cloverleaf/sharpshooter hybrid, the Lasso from El Paso. Another fine match from these men. (9)SCOTT STEINER SEGMENT- Christopher Nowinski & Matt Hardy (Version 1.0) rip on New York until Steiner comes out and destroys both men with suplexes and press slams. Good segment.MATCH 6- Rob Van Dam vs Triple H vs Kane vs Booker T vs Chris Jericho vs Shawn Michaels--ELIMINATION CHAMBER MATCH FOR THE WORLD TITLE. Brilliant main event- the structure looks fantastic and the set-up of the match (the separate pods) is a great idea. RVD & HHH started out, then Jericho, Booker T, Kane & HBK were released within 5 mins of each other. RVD is first out after a terrible frog splash off one of the pods (he injured HHH landing his knee on his trachea) and a missile dropkick from Booker T. Jericho gets rid of Booker T and Kane w/ Lionsaults, but falls victim to some Sweet Chin Music as he has Triple H in the Walls. HBK wins the title w/ the Sweet Chin Music on Triple H, capping off an amazing number of title changes at the PPV. (10)OVERALL-- No terrible matches on the card at all. The elimination chamber was outstanding and the tag & cruiserweight matches were very exciting. The only bad things about the event were the end of the women's title match and RVD's elimination. Both a bit weak. Aside from that though, this is the strongest PPV in a good while.
