The plot isn't so bad, but the pace of storytelling is too slow which makes people bored. Certain moments are so obvious and unnecessary for the main plot. I would've fast-forwarded those moments if it was an online streaming. The ending looks like implying a sequel, not sure if this movie will get one

I was shocked how bad the reviews were for this Tv show, despite having a low budget it makes up for it with a gripping plot that will keep you on the edge of your seat. About a dystopian future where only the top 3% of candidates pass to a better life on the offshore, with Season 1 more focused on the test and season 2 focused on the.causw vs the 3%

I really enjoyed the first season. The premise was great and the story moved along great. There are a lot of good things about season 2 but it really gets bogged down with melodrama, flashbacks and dreams that stall the forward momentum without really adding anything about the cause and the inland that we didn't know already other than there's a lot of interpersonal squabbling. The offshore is reduced to a place where the people are all Villains whereas in season one there was more depth from what we saw of offshore people.

This strikes me as a better version of the hunger games, they actually creates a fascinating future society that reflects whats going on in our current like a bent mirror.
Now this is certainly not perfect but its good enough to be funDont try use the english dubbs use subtitles or else you might just as well not bother watching this, it makes that big a difference.

So far, the only versions of the second season I can find are dubbed, horribly. If you can find a version with the original language it might be watchable, season one was a decent time passer. But I refuse to put up with dubbing, the heck with banning guns, ban dubbing first.
