b4blue Reminds me of Yugoslavia, when I grew up and lived in Slovenia and our relatives from Serbia would come to visit. Cultural differences were vast and we were looked down on. We were louder and more family oriented. My uncle from Serbia was a bad influence :). Race doesn't really matter. You have these kind of things everywhere.

deborahdelacroix-11843 I really enjoyed watching this series and thought the depiction of the eighties was brilliant. The tone was light-hearted, the soundtrack excellent, and the characters all plausible and likeable. Idris Elba's character was very good, as were all his family and in particular his young son, Kobna. Very gentle viewing but well worth watching, and definitely laugh out loud funny!
