The film makes a home in your brain and the only cure is to see it again.
Raymond Sierra
The film may be flawed, but its message is not.

I like slow shows, but this one was really slow. Tried to add tension, but did not deliver - making it annoying. Acting wasn't that good either. I got through it, so wasn't too bad, but wouldn't recommend it.

So while I found the bulk of the story interesting and easy to follow, I felt that it could have been condensed easily in to fewer episodes. I mean even though the story is intriguing, it felt very drawn out and draggy too often. Slowwwww moving for sure! The ending has been overdone too often in the last bit in the sense that of course it's not just her herself in the end is it? Which you will only understand my previous sentence if you watch it. A solid 6, definitely not a stinker.

I binged watched this, I liked it so much. I got a little frustrated with the slower pace at first but I think it was necessary. It's not for the easily bored. Great acting all around and I liked the gothic/supernatural alement. The ending was O.K, you can interpret it any way you like. I hope there will be a second series!

Utter tripe really when you have an ending like that. Waste of time. I just feel completely mugged. Some really interesting stuff along the way and then nothing really gets resolved, nothing makes sense. the main character? What was her decision about at the end??! After all the great stuff they found out, after all the little twists and oddities thrown in, and then it just ends with no answers at all. Not a single character 'wins'. It's like, I dunno, everyone dies and the bad guy wins. And to top it off we don't know who or what the bad guy is, and what his plan is. And... arghhhhhh ITS JUST NONSENSE. Who is giving this 10/10??!! Did it look nice? Was it filmed in a lovely way? Were the characters believable? Who gives a monkey's mate if you can't really tell a bloody story. I mean that's what a tv show is right? A way to tell a story? I'm not sure what I watched here. It could've been great. Proper mugged. Don't waste 6 hours of your life, you'll never look back on it fondly at all. It'd be like having this great party at your house and the wine is top end plonk, everyone is having the best banter, things start getting hot and saucy with you and a few of the ladies, then suddenly a guy opens the front door, knocks you upside the head with a bat, steals your car keys, and takes a deuce in one of your shoes on the way out. With an ending like that, would you look back at that party fondly?
