UmarMuzammil Sopranos is a average show. Top rated of all time, I dont think so. This show has too many flaws to be on the top. I've been watching TV for years and finally I gave a try to Sopranos and I didn't binge watch this yet I am not impressed. Again and again you see frustrated life of Tony but what's the point of it, there is not plot, poor writing.Each episode is just another day in tony life even if he just taking a shit. Last 2,3 seasons are extremely bad, lack of character development. Each episode revolved around Tony and her Psychiatric, maybe writers were out of ideas. Last season is entirely about tony's son depression but was ended like somebody took all the equipment from HBO and they just had to cut it besides why would viewers want to see the normal phases of everyone's life in Sopranos. Even if it was affecting Tony, the result was that tony going to her Psychiatric and that's all. I was feeling cheated because it was like a loop, how something affects tony life and he went to her Psychiatric to talk about it. Main characters like Sil, Bobby, Chris, John died suddenly died although it could've been better and out of no where phil retardo came in, (undeveloped character trying so hard). I've seen The Wire (from same era ) and its far better than overrated sopranos. Acting and overall cast was good but this doesn't mean the show is good. I wasted my time.
