It's a mild crowd pleaser for people who are exhausted by blockbusters.

Strong acting helps the film overcome an uncertain premise and create characters that hold our attention absolutely.

A terrific literary drama and character piece that shows how the process of creating art can be seen differently by those doing it and those looking at it from the outside.

The show is really good thus far (the few episodes I've actually been able to see) but unfortunately I cannot stand Alfonso's voice. Not in general but in this narrating styled program. Marc Summers truly was the first and the best this show has to offer. I don't understand why they didn't just return with Marc Summers. I haven't seen him in anything else and he does feel like the OG of Unwrapped. I feel like even the reruns still have a lot of miles left in their tread. There wasn't anything wrong with the formula so why change it? If they wanted to give Alfonso his shot by all means. How about they invent a new show for him though not replace a legend and household name. The format of the show doesn't seem to have changed which is something I like but Marc Summers voice is really missed.
