ayylok There is limited to no character development. Trina stays as a brat, no self reflection, like a child who can do no wrong with no talent. One of the most annoying character in the show due to her behaviour. I don't know why they have to make Cat the most unintelligent and awkward person in the show. It makes you wonder how she got through life and school being how she is before Hollywood Arts. She sings great, but that unbalance of her character in the show is just unpleasant and could be made a better character. Jade is full of negative energy and a true bully with a singing talent. She bullies everyone including her boyfriend Beck. Her relationship with people is like master and slave, truly terrible especially to Beck. Beck, great guy and who is more normal than the others. Every episode you would wonder why he is Jade, until they broke up and get back together later on in the later seasons. One of the few people in the cast that has common sense and uses it. Robbi, the guy with the puppet and one of the most annoying person in the show. He and his puppet have this ongoing relationship which is impossible to exist in real life. Nice guy but he cannot live without his puppet, one of the oddest person in the show. And the song about glass tops the cake. Andre, a very talented student who can compose and sing. The other normal person aside from Beck. Tori a combination of Cat and Trina with more normal added to her character. Overall, the acting was okay, but the script and character development needs work.The fake background laugh is terrible. It doesn't laugh with the joke that was present or laugh at the wrong time. There are a lot better tween shows out there that are better than this even if they are in the 1990's. If you want a show that actually teaches you something about life and meant something. This isn't the show for it. This show is more like what some others said on this site pumping these people to be future singers.The parents' relationship with Tori and Trina goes downhill as the shows progresses. There was a episode where Trina was having her wisdom teeth taken out. That episode took it to the extreme, in real life it isn't that crazy. The parents would rather escape from their responsibilities instead of taking care of Trina and dropping it on Tori to take care of her sister. As you move later onto other seasons, the father disappears where you see Tori and Trina's mom having some weird and secret relationship with their dad's partner. This was never explained in the series but you can tell something wasn't adding up with their mom's behaviour. But as usual, the kids doesn't question about this and just ignore what is happening. The parents never really discipline Trina or Tori for doing anything bad, it is promoting bad behaviour continuously throughout the series.There was another episode where Tori's phone isn't working well and is waiting for the new model to come out before getting a new phone for replacement. By the end of the episode she decides to get a new phone anyway to replace her old one since she couldn't wait and more. But when she heard the new phone model came out she immediately tosses her phone into the garbage can like it was nothing. Truly disgusted when I saw that seen.Another episode where Tori and Robbi were eating at the sushi restaurant and both of them forgot their wallet and were unable to pay for their lunch. I truly find it hard to believe that they couldn't use the restaurant's phone to call their friends or their parents for help. Like how can a restaurant have no phone or no thought of asking the people in the restaurant to use their phone. It truly blows my mind. Lack of realism.Just victoriously awful. Watch something else. I have truly wasted my time on this series and I have to fast forward for some episodes because it was just unbearable to watch.

divyanka Good sitcom, but frequent inappropriate parts in many episodes. Characters act way more 'mature' than they really are. They seem more like 18 year olds, and they act like they think they're smarter than they really are.Other than that, the acting is pretty well done and the plots are very interesting and funny. Some episodes are very creative and hilarious, but some are very strange and void of any sense. This is something I have not seen in any other sitcom. This show would have been much more interesting if some parts were not over-derogatory, such as Jade's constant extreme negativity, or constant insulting of certain characters. Overall - good plot, interesting episodes, but characters' personalities a bit annoying.*6/10*

Mitchell McRae This show is awesome. It's a goldmine of entertainment! It has the cutest character ever (Cat), the dumbest talent-hog ever (Trina), and the most cynical, sarcastic, and Gothic character ever (Jade). In one episode (The Bad Roommate), we find out that Jade likes to pick her nose! And you would not expect that from someone like her, cause she's so mean and hateful and never does silly stuff. But we know her secret now! It could be that's why she's in denial. I have to say though, when she did pick her nose, it was actually attractive! She's so beautiful, even when picking her nose! By the way: My fav character is Cat. She usually sooooo innocent but in the episode I just mentioned, she actually TWEETS about Jade's nose picking problem! I think it could have been pay-back for all the times Jade has been mean to her and others. Also, Trina is hilarious as well!

ljmendones Dan Schneider is really excellent in Creating Victorious he has chose the best actors to deliver the script perfectly, Victorious is hysterically funny and one of the best shows in nickelodeon and the actors deliver the script very perfectly when there is a really funny scene they try not to laugh and they always succeed, Victorious is inspiring people who want to be pop stars someday that anything can happen like what happened to Tori she did not expect to be a student of Los Angeles best acting school, Two thumbs up, Victorious is a funny show very entertaining, They should have 9 seasons because they truly make me laugh hard and such a shame many people hate it, but what matters is your personal opinion Victorious is truly Victorious.
