The biggest problem with this movie is it’s a little better than you think it might be, which somehow makes it worse. As in, it takes itself a bit too seriously, which makes most of the movie feel kind of dull.

I can't see why there are so many one star reviews. I can only assume it is from people who like reality TV stars (and even vote for them). The series is enjoyable, the scenery is good, and the acting is well done. The writing could have used work, and I'm a professional writer, but the show is much better than a lot of the tripe being shown now.

Good concept, terrible execution. I'm used to pushing the "suspend disbelief" button when watching TV and movies, but this series has me raging at the tube. I echo the review that the fascination lies in the unrealness, not in becoming invested in the plot or the characters. Watching this has become punishment. The self-centeredness of this "noble team" as they choose their own families or their need for revenge over the saving of humanity makes me despair. The writers cannot honestly think that the actions of the characters are believable. It feels like they sit around playing a game of Topper inventing the most implausible plot mechanisms and twists to amuse each other.I hope season 4 is the end - I have one episode left and my sanity can't take any more.Go Hybrids!

This series was so bad that I felt compelled to review it and save others some time. If I could rate this 0/10, I would. The first five episode are interesting and it starts going downhill from there. The writers have managed to not only create a terrible piece of fiction but they have also managed to create some of the most frustrating characters ever to grace the small screen. The story, especially in the third season, is full of plot holes, far-fetched theories and contraptions even for a fictional series. The only way to make this series look believable is by locking every thing you know about science in a strong box and throw it somewhere in the back of your mind. Some of the characters are so annoying that you start rooting for their death rather than having to suffer through their story lines. The actors did a good job portraying the characters but it's a pity you'll end up hating almost all of the poorly written characters. I'm glad this got cancelled (which isn't that surprising as anyone with two brain cells should be able to figure out how bad it is). Thank you CBS for putting this pathetic thing out of its misery.

Zoo over its 3 seasons is like climbing up a hill (note not mountain)...its very poor and slow beginnings where you are seeing where you should be going but do not get really far....season one is a lot of talking about a big bad diseases but limited budgets are obvious as bad things happen look like someone has take zoo animals of the week (one week bears, one lions, one dogs...and cats). Season 2 is actually at the top of the hill. The story really ramped up, finally things happened, the budget seemed like it had a boost and a lot more interesting characters....then season three came along and its a down hill journey boys and girls....they trying to piece things together and make us believe 10 years have passed, we discover characters have unknown sisters, relationships, flash backs to fill in plot holes.....its just falling to pieces and I am glad they cancelled it...
